Walking tour of Communism, with English-speaking guide. Major landmarks and events in the Communist history of Bucharest will be explored, including the violent beginnings of the Communist regime, the nationalization and forced demolition of thousands of houses, the People's House (nowadays, the Parliament Palace), the Ceausescu family and their megalomania, and the violent anti-Communist revolution of 1989. The tour takes about 3.5 hours.

The meeting point for the tour is the Romanian Patriarchal Cathedral. (near Unirii Square)
